Welcome to Phi Academy! By purchasing our products or booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

Shipping: All orders are processed and shipped directly to your address via our trusted suppliers. Shipping times vary by location but typically range between 7–15 business days.
Delivery Partners: We work with third-party fulfillment services. Phi Academy is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll gladly assist in resolving issues.
Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of our botanical products (hydrosols), all sales are final. If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a resolution or exchange.
Greenhouse Kits: Kits are sold as DIY items with detailed assembly instructions. We do not offer in-person installation. Ensure the product fits your intended space before purchasing.

Digital Delivery: Design packages are delivered digitally via email and include layout plans, 3D renderings, and plant recommendations based on the selected package.
Edits & Revisions: Each package includes one or more revision rounds as stated at checkout.
No Physical Construction: Phi Academy provides design-only services. We do not build the garden or greenhouse. However, we may recommend trusted local contractors if requested.

Session Bookings: All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Limited availability applies.
Travel & On-site Services: For institutions and senior centers in Florida, therapy sessions can be held on location with prior agreement.
Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Health Disclaimer: Horticultural therapy is a wellness practice and not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological treatment. Participants engage voluntarily.
